The Betsy $20:
- conejos mezcal, lillet blanc, lemon, agave, orange bitters, prosecco
- Inspired by Betsy Flanagan, an 18th-century innkeeper who coined “cocktail” by garnishing drinks with rooster feathers
The Audrey $20:
- bacardi 8, lime, simple, angostura bitters, mint, prosecco
- Audrey Saunders, a NYC bartender, created the Old Cuban in the early 2000s, with the goal of providing a refreshing alternative to traditional champagne cocktails.
The Virginia $20:
- bar hill gin, poire liqueur, thyme liqueur, grapefruit, prosecco
- Inspired by Virginia Woolf, the modernist writer who captured the inner worlds of women and turned streams of consciousness into timeless literature.
The Trailblazer Spritz $14:
- (non-alcoholic) seedlip grove, lemon, owen’s cucumber soda
